AI Disclosure
You are mostly or entirely talking to software, not a person. The AI can be wrong, and it doesn’t truly know you. Treat its replies as general information and ideas — never as professional advice.
1. AI-generated responses
All conversational responses from Unalone are generated by artificial-intelligence systems unless we expressly tell you a human has joined the conversation. The Service will identify itself as an AI-powered service at onboarding and periodically thereafter.
2. Limitations you must understand
- AI outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, outdated, biased, generic, delayed, misunderstood, or inappropriate for your circumstances.
- The AI does not know your medical history, mental-health status, physical condition, medications, allergies, or personal circumstances beyond what you type — and cannot verify anything you tell it.
- The AI may sound confident even when wrong, and may sound caring without understanding.
- The AI is not conscious. It is not your friend, therapist, or doctor, and cannot form a professional or personal duty of care toward you.
3. Your responsibilities
Use independent judgment. Verify important information from qualified sources. Obtain advice from a qualified professional before acting on anything relating to health, mental health, diet, fasting, exercise, supplements, medication, finances, legal matters, relationships, employment, or safety.
4. Human review and training
Our team does not routinely read your conversations. Limited human access may occur where necessary for support you request, safety review, abuse investigation, legal compliance, or technical troubleshooting. We do not use your identifiable conversations to train third-party AI models. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
5. Third-party AI providers
Responses are generated by AI models operated by third-party providers acting as our processors under contract. Their availability, accuracy, and behaviour are outside our full control.
